Gold Therm panel radiators are for use at a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and a maximum operating temperature of 120ºC.
After installation, practice the leakage test with pressure gauged pumps.
Air in radiators obstruct the water flow, keep radiators free of air by bleeding them.
Open the bleed valve to allow air to escape; close the valve when water begins to flow from it.
Remember to start the bleeding with the radiator located at the highest level in the house and repeat on all the radiators, ending with the one at the lowest level.
Keep the water in the radiator even when the radiator is not in use, radiators should be full of water for maximum heat output.
Remember to close the inlet-outlet valves during the maintenance of the boilers. The radiators will not corrode and/or rust when you prevent water from being drained out of the radiators.
Never let water freeze in the system for the radiators and the heating system not to freeze.
It is recommended that you do not cover the radiators, so you can get the maximum efficiency.
Do not sit on the radiators.
Always use soft dust cloth and water while cleaning the radiators.
Do not use any acidic chemicals to clean the radiators.
